Manager of Integrated Marketing

Job Description
The Bowery Mission and Kids With A Promise seeks a strategic and creative Christian to manage our integrated marketing efforts, utilizing direct mail, telemarketing, website, email and new media.  Candidate will lead the strategy for acquiring new donors and cultivating gifts from continuing donors, working alongside an outside agency to grow a revenue stream that is currently $2.6 million.  Candidate will be a leader in developing fundraising messages and campaigns for the organization.
 
Requirements
Candidate should have significant experience with direct mail fundraising or integrated marketing.  Candidate should have strong organizational, supervisory, and strategic skills.  Competency in Microsoft Office and Raiser's Edge is expected.  Candidate should be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Major Gifts Officer
 
Job Description
The Bowery Mission and Kids With A Promise seeks a Christian front-line fundraiser to help build a growing major gifts program.  He/she will capitalize on an existing high potential donor database.  Candidate will diligently work with the Development team to identify prospects and build a portfolio of 200+ donors.  Candidate must be proficient in research, analysis, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship processes with high net worth individuals.  The position also includes facilitating events for donors and prospects.  Candidate should be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
 
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of fundraising experience.  Candidate will be expected to be out of the office visiting top prospects face to face as well as remaining in contact by phone and email.  He/she should have strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to articulate organizational priorities and match them with donor values and interests.  Revenue and cultivation goals will be assigned.  Competency in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge is expected.  Expertise in other development functions such as special events, planned giving, direct mail/annual fund and capital campaigns a plus.

Job Description
The Bowery Mission and Kids With A Promise seeks a strategic and creative Christian to develop our fundraising efforts in all online and digital channels.  Candidate will oversee website design, content, usability and optimization; email marketing; social media, mobile and other new media strategies.  Candidate will seek to grow donor revenue and engagement through online and digital channels, in close coordination with direct mail and other fundraising efforts.
 
Requirements
Candidate should have some experience with nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement through online and digital channels.  Candidate should have strong organizational and strategic skills.  Candidate should be familiar with content management, email marketing and social media tools.  Candidate should be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Manager of Institutional Giving
 
Job Description
The Bowery Mission and Kids With A promise seeks a strategic and creative Christian to lead the process of finding, cultivating, soliciting and thanking institutional donors (foundations, corporations, and public donors).  Candidate will build upon more than 40 existing foundation relationships and develop new ones through personal visits, grant proposals, grant reports, and Annual Reports that effectively communicate organizational goals, needs and progress.
 
Requirements
Candidate should be an excellent writer with strong interpersonal skills.  Candidate should be organized and able to meet deadlines.  Fundraising and/or grant-making experience is preferred.  competency in Microsoft Office is expected.  Candidate should submit a writing sample along with his/her resume.
